This 8.6-acre, former brownfield site is located one hour south of Atlanta in the small town of Senoia, Georgia. A true mixed-use community that extends the sense of place found in the businesses and homes in Senoia's historic district, the project features a boutique hotel, live-work options and a range of housing types. Developed by Historic Development Ventures, The Gin Property is also the site of the 2010 Southern Living Idea House.
