Community Information

River Dunes consists of 1,345 acres and 14 miles of shoreline on the Pamlico Sound and Neuse River. River Dunes Corporation made sustainability a key development principle, earning a National Sustainability Award from Developer magazine in 2008. The first phase includes a Harbor Village with a 400 slip marina, single family residences, and traditional maritime amenities. River Dunes was also the site of the 10th Anniversary Coastal Living Idea House.
