Located on a Caribbean island, this project is currently in the early development stages. Initial plans call for a boutique hotel, spa, resort amenities and a residential village. Given the unique positioning of the property, spanning from ocean to sound, the client sought planning and architecture that would fully integrate life on the water and the British Colonial tradition with the luxurious amenities and services offered in leading resort communities.
